eMixWeb Pro Auto (“the Service”) is shop management software offered on a subscription basis, including a 14-day free trial that does not require a credit card. By starting a trial or subscribing, a shop owner agrees to use the Service to manage their own business data and to be responsible for the accounts and access they grant to their staff.
Cancellation.You can cancel your subscription at any time, online, from Settings → Subscription in the app — no phone call and no cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Your data remains yours: you can download a complete backup of your shop at any time, before or after canceling.
Final Terms of Service — covering subscription billing, trial conversion, data ownership, acceptable use, and termination — will be published here before the Service accepts paying, non-trial customers.
